Ostati is a one-person studio in Tbilisi, Georgia, working with US businesses. No account managers and no hand-offs: the person you talk to is the person who builds your site. I care less about how a site looks in a screenshot and more about whether it turns a visitor into a call or a booking. Calls run 8am–1pm Eastern, and I reply within one business day.

Most sites go live in about a week. A one-page site can be ready in a few days; a larger site with more pages takes up to two weeks.
Hosting is $0 a month for coded sites; you only pay for your domain, usually $10–40 a year. If you’d like me to handle changes and checks, there’s an optional $49/month care plan.
You don’t pay anything until you approve your homepage design. We refine it together, and if it still isn’t right, you walk away owing nothing.
You do. The domain, the site files and every account are in your name, so you can take the site anywhere, any time.
Yes. Every site comes with a simple admin panel where you change text, photos, prices and hours. I send you a 10-minute video that shows how.
I draft it from our call and your current site, and you check it. On the Growth plan I write it with you from scratch.
You get a clear invoice in US dollars, and you only pay after you’ve approved your homepage design, so you never pay for something you haven’t seen.
Every site is built to be search-friendly: fast, mobile-ready, with proper titles, descriptions and a sitemap. No one can promise the top spot, but the Growth plan adds a local SEO structure for each service and area you cover.
Just the basics: your logo if you have one, a few photos, and what you want visitors to do — call, book or visit. If you don’t have all of it, I’ll help you figure it out.
